F-CODE POLLING MEMORY TRANSMISSION

Overview

An original can be sent from the F-code Memory Box (Polling Memory) of your machine to another machine when it is requested by the operator of another machine. The document is sent only when the operator enters the correct F-code (the sub-address and passcode) being set on your machine.
You need to scan and store the documents in the F-code Memory Box in advance.

  • If another document remains in the memory box (Public Box), a newly scanned document is added after the previous document.
  • When a document is sent to the destination, it is automatically cleared from your machine by factory default.
To create F-code memory boxes:
In "Setting mode", select [System Settings] → [F-Code Memory Box].
