REQUESTING REPAIR
Overview
Before requesting repair, read "COPY PROBLEMS", "PRINTER PROBLEMS", "FAX PROBLEMS", "SCANNER AND INTERNET FAX PROBLEMS", "PROBLEMS ON DOCUMENT FILING", and "GENERAL PROBLEMS". Nevertheless, if a particular problem persists, stop using your machine. Unplug the power cable from the machine and contact your dealer or authorised service representative and inform the following items: An optional field service is also available.
